Sending a message of self hatred to others

Have you noticed that you don't have true friends or it is hard for you to make new friends? So many of my clients struggle with loneliness. This is how trauma manifests itself. You might feel that you hate yourself or you don't belong or that people are judging you. The good news here is that people are usually indifferent; they are focused on themselves.
